Comfort in ambiguity
A unifier of people and skills
Contribute to a key programme management team supporting the building of a functional team through the provision of advice. Our client in the government sector requires a candidate who can develop programme standards as well as organise workshops for the purpose of identifying improvable areas for projects. The successful candidate will be able to present findings to the relevant Programme Lead, as well as implement these standards across all projects in the programme.
Your capabilities and attributes will demonstrate:
A tertiary degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
Proactivity and assertiveness
Computer literacy
Programme coordination/ administration experience
Experience with formal programme management frameworks and tasks
Exemplary communication skills and political astuteness
Demonstrated ability applying a ‘customer-centric approach’
Consistency and positivity under pressure
Ideally you will have experience working within a structured programme management framework and understand the importance for detail and organisation. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required to manage stakeholder groups; you will be required to balance tact with efficiency. Additionally, you will need to apply prioritisation skills, be decisive, and maintain focus until completion of a task or project. This role requires a ‘unifier’ of different skill-sets within a team.
If you are energetic, determined, positive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, please contact Tony Zhang on 04 471 5871 for a confidential discussion; or APPLY NOW.
