Senior Associate - Corporate/Commercial

A leading law firm is keen to secure an experienced Senior Associate with approximately 7-9 years of solid legal experience to join their dynamic corporate and commercial team.  You will be joining a highly experienced and busy team of senior legal practitioners, where you will showcase your expertise on mergers and acquisitions and corporate and commercial markets. 

You will be highly motivated and self-driven and have gained solid experience working successfully at senior associate level.

You will need:

• At least seven years' corporate/commercial experience in NZ
• A solid academic transcript
• An impeccable work ethic

Working alongside two senior partners this move will allow you to work with their well established clients and to raise your profile whilst continuing to develop your skills and experience through a variety of challenging work. You'll be responsible for managing files, helping to supervise junior lawyers as required, as well as working with the team on large transactions for their highly valued corporate clients.
